The company "Litpol-Ukraine" offers in stock and on order a metal bunk bed KDM-24. The bed is designed for the arrangement of military barracks, tent cities in the field, hostels, medical institutions. The bed is a reliable metal structure capable of withstanding at least 180 kilograms of load. The bed can be used as a bunk bed or as two separate single-tier beds.

The components of the bed (metal profile pipes, wire of the bed frame) do not have cracks, scale, cavities or deformations that can affect the connection and load-bearing capacity of the bed.
In welded structures of the bed, the thickness of the seams is uniform, without cracks, undercuts, burns and metal leaks. The surface of the seam is smooth. After welding, the parts are smooth and fit tightly along the entire length.
The cells of the wire frame of the bed are of the correct shape, without distortions and displacements. The deviation from the shape of the cells does not exceed 4 mm along the total diagonal.
The position of the backs of the assembled bed relative to its frame is perpendicular.
The bed is made of the following materials and components:
the upper and lower backs of the bed are made of a metal profile pipe of square cross-section 40x40 mm and 20x20 mm according to DSTU 8940;
The Type 2 lounger is made of a metal square section pipe 40x40 mm with a wall thickness of 2.0 mm, steel grade St3. It consists of a rhombic mesh, which is made of hooks, rings and springs. The mesh is tensioned evenly without deflections of individual links.
The ends of the mesh hooks do not protrude above its surface. The springs have uniform winding.
The frame contains 12 (twelve) springs (6 springs on each side). The loungers are attached to the posts using wedge-shaped connections, namely: wedge-shaped plates made of 4.0 mm thick steel and wedge-shaped "pockets".
The upper and lower headboards of the bed are connected to each other using connections made of polyvinyl chloride (hereinafter referred to as PVC). The legs of the upper and lower headboards are closed with PVC plugs.
Dark gray paint coating according to current documents with prior approval from the customer.
The bed is packed in a disassembled state. The bed is packed using stretch film, which ensures the safety of the cargo during transportation, loading and unloading.
The assembled bed is stable on a flat surface.
